MLP Pruszków II logistics centre is set to gain a new tenant. MLP Group has signed its first contract with Logmaster, which it will provide with approximately 6,800 sqm of modern space in the region’s largest warehouse complex, currently undergoing expansion. The tenant intends to use nearly 6,500 sqm of the space for storage purposes, while the remaining 300 sqm will house modern office and staff amenity facilities. The transaction was brokered by Newmark Polska, a consultancy firm.
Established in 1993, Logmaster enjoys a strong position in the market of logistics and customs services. The completed facility is scheduled to be handed over to the tenant in June 2023, on the thirtieth anniversary of the company’s founding. The part of the facility intended for sorting deliveries, packing and repacking goods will be additionally lit with natural light, improving the working conditions of employees. Logmaster is not only logistics and customs, but also passions.
“We welcome Logmaster as our new tenant. As agreed, we will prepare for the company a logistics space that offers users increased comfort thanks to more interior lighting coming through additional windows in the walls. However, it is worth noting that the standard we offer is very high. In line with the strategy, all of our newly built facilities undergo BREEAM certification. It means that they are built using solutions that have a positive impact on the environment and enhance employee comfort,” said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group S.A.
“Logmaster’s rapid growth meant that our client urgently needed to lease a space 50% larger than the existing one. MLP Pruszków II proved to be the best option available immediately. We are pleased we helped to find the optimal warehouse space that will provide a comfortable working and business environment for Logmaster in the years to come,” says Miłosz Borkowski, Senior Associate in Newmark Polska’s Industrial and Warehouse Space Department.
