Access Business Group International Polska, a long-standing client of MLP Group, has resolved to relocate its operations to another logistics park in the developer’s portfolio. The tenant will move into the rapidly expanding MLP Pruszków II. The dedicated facility will have an area of around 3,700 sqm, of which over 3,200 sqm will be used for warehousing purposes and the remaining space of around 500 sqm – for office purposes. The new space is due to be handed over in mid-May 2023. The general contractor for the project is EastWave Building Company.
The tenant has occupied similar space at the neighbouring MLP Pruszków I logistics park since 2005. The transaction was brokered by the consultancy Newmark Polska.
‘We are thrilled to extend our long-standing relationship. The new facility being developed for Access Business Group in the expanded MLP Pruszków II logistics park will be perfectly suited to the client’s needs. We are confident the space vacated by ABG in MLP Pruszków I will soon be filled by a new tenant. Our first and fully completed logistics centre remains one of the most popular and sought-after locations in our portfolio. All vacant facilities are instantly snapped up by interested parties waiting for the opportunity,’ said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group S.A.
‘We are pleased the tenant has again placed their trust in us. Relocation consulting is one of our strengths, so it was with great pleasure that we represented Access Business Group International Polska in negotiations with the landlord,’ said Katarzyna Bojanowicz, Business Development Director of the Industrial and Warehouse Space Department at Newmark Polska.
MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics centre located in the municipality of Brwinów near Warsaw, five kilometres from Pruszków. With a target leasable space of 393 thousand sqm, it is the region’s largest logistics complex. Selected buildings have been awarded the prestigious BREEAM certification. In line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, solar PV systems have been mounted on rooftops. Thanks to its flexible approach to individual tenant needs, the centre is able to meet the requirements of clients representing various industries.
MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport links with central Warsaw as well as the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road No. 760 and the A2 motorway, three kilometres from the junction in the Pruszków-Żbików area. The international railway lines located in the hub’s vicinity make for excellent logistics conditions both for domestic and international distribution. There is a bus stop on the premises as well as a Nextbike self-service bike rental station.
