Ingram Micro has signed a new contract with MLP Group to expand its presence at MLP Pruszków II and lease another 1,620 sqm of modern space. The additional facility is due to be handed over to the tenant in March next year. The general contractor for the new unit is East Wave.
Ingram Micro has worked with MLP Group for more than two years now. The company moved into MLP Pruszków II in early 2020, leasing nearly 3,500 sqm of space. This means that once the new facility is handed over, the space occupied by the tenant at the park will increase to a total of about 5,100 sqm.
Ingram Micro is a distributor of IT equipment and mobile devices of global brands, offering support across all areas of information technology: computer networks, Data Centre, CyberSecurity, cloud solutions, computer hardware, components, peripherals and mobile communication devices.
‘MLP Pruszków II still has strong potential for continued expansion, which allows our tenants to flexibly adapt the leased space to their growing needs. The excellent location in close proximity to Warsaw makes our logistics centre very popular. And the extensive infrastructure, including solar PV installations and various solutions helping to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, encourages tenants to choose this particular site for running their business. In line with our strategy, all our facilities are built in compliance with the principle of sustainability and are BREEAM certified,’ said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group S.A.
MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics centre located in the municipality of Brwinów near Warsaw, five kilometres from Pruszków. With a target leasable space of 393,000 sqm, it is the region’s largest logistics complex. Thanks to its flexible approach to individual tenant needs, the centre is able to meet the requirements of clients representing various industries. MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport links with central Warsaw as well as the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road No. 760 and the A2 motorway, three kilometres from the junction in the Pruszków-Żbików area. The international railway lines located in the hub’s vicinity make for excellent logistics conditions both for domestic and international distribution.
