The furniture manufacturer, which currently leases approximately 4,000 sqm of modern warehouse space, is set to significantly expand the space it occupies. Under the lease agreement, as part of the MLP Poznań West expansion project, MLP Group will deliver to the tenant over 26,200 sqm of additional space this year. The space being developed will include approximately 300 sqm of modern office space, with the rest to be used primarily for warehousing purposes.
The new facilities will be handed over to the tenant in a two-stage process. A unit with an area of approximately 21,000 sqm is scheduled for delivery in late March and early April of this year. The remaining 5,000 sqm will be ready in late August and early September this year. In line with the developer’s strategy, the new unit will meet BREEAM certification requirements, which will significantly reduce its operating costs.
The general contractor on the project is WPIP of Poznań, a company with extensive experience in warehouse construction.

MLP Poznań West is a state-of-the-art distribution centre conveniently located on the western side of Poznań, at the S11 expressway and only 7 km from the A2 motorway and S11 junction. The centre focuses primarily on e-commerce, logistics, distribution and light industrial production companies. Ultimately, it will offer approximately 150,000 sqm of cutting-edge warehouse and office space.
