MLP Idstein

In Idstein, a new sustainable and flexibly usable business park will be erected. Once completed, it will consist of two new warehouses with a gross floor area of approximately 19,700 m², including 16,500 m² of logistics and service space, 1,500 m² of storage/mezzanine space and 1,700 m² of office and social space, which can be extended to up to 3,200 m². A third hall comprising approximately 4,100 m² in the southern part of the site is to be renovated and will serve as a craftsmen’s park in the future.

The new park will be built on the former Polytec Plastics site covering more than 4 ha in the Hessian town of Idstein, around 30 km northwest of Frankfurt.
