We are very pleased with the smooth cooperation, which has resulted in a successful transaction,” added Jacek Dobrowolski, Property Negotiator, Renthis Estate.
MLP Business Park Łódź is MLP Group’s second logistics within the Łódź metropolitan area. In line with MLP Group’s strategy to integrate environmentally sustainable solutions, the project will undergo a BREEAM New Construction certification of ‘Excellent’. Moreover, a substantial portion (approximately 30%) of the logistics park’s grounds will be dedicated to green spaces and a retention pond.

Its standout features include an excellent location, with convenient access to public transport stops in close proximity. Plus, it’s just a short 10 km away from the Łódź city centre. It will be located a mere 4 km from the A1 highway (Łódź East junction), and only 25 km from the A2 highway (Łódź North junction). Additionally, the S14 expressway, running along the western side of the city, is just 15 km away, with the same distance between the park and the local airport.
In keeping with its build & hold strategy, MLP Group retains completed logistics parks in its portfolio and manages them. All projects undertaken by MLP Group are distinguished by very attractive locations of the logistics parks, application of built-to-suit solutions, and support given to tenants during the lease term.
