Damian Niedzielski has joined the company as Business Development Manager. His duties will include seeking out new customers, negotiating contracts, and identifying sites for new development projects.
Damian has over four years of experience on the commercial real estate market. He was previously employed by Axi Immo Group as Associate Director Industrial & Logistic, where his duties included finding new customers and properties for lease, carrying out transactions involving letting, construction of BTS facilities, renegotiation of leases, and market analysis. In 2008–2010 he was employed as a negotiator at Savills, where his duties included commercialization of properties, cooperation in locating sites for construction of BTS warehouse facilities, seeking development projects for exclusive commercialization, and preparing market reports.
Damian Niedzielski earned a master’s degree at the College of Customs and Logistics in Warsaw in the field of international relations, with a specialization in international customs cooperation, and earned the title of engineer at the College of Communications and Management in Poznań in the Faculty of Management and Marketing, with a specialization in logistics.
