[:pl]Uchwała Rady Nadzorczej Spółki MLP Group S.A. w sprawie wypłaty zaliczki na poczet przewidywanej dywidendy za rok obrotowy 2018
Zarząd Spółki MLP Group S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 5 września 2018 r. Rada Nadzorcza Spółki podjęła uchwałę wyrażającą zgodę na wypłatę zaliczki na poczet przewidywanej dywidendy w łącznej wysokości 3.260.385,90 zł (słownie: trzy miliony dwieście sześćdziesiąt tysięcy trzysta osiemdziesiąt pięć złotych 90/100), tj. 0,18 zł na 1 (jedną) akcję, na warunkach określonych w uchwale Zarządu Spółki, o podjęciu której Spółka informowała raportem bieżącym nr 14/2018. Dniem ustalenia uprawnionych do zaliczki będzie 1 października 2018 roku, a dniem wypłaty zaliczki – 8 października 2018 roku. Tym samym, Uchwała Zarządu Spółki, o podjęciu której Spółka informowała raportem bieżącym nr 14/2018, weszła w życie.

The Management Board of MLP Group S.A. (“Company”) reports that on 5 September 2018 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to consent to the payout of an interim dividend totaling PLN 3,260,385.90 (say: three million two hundred sixty thousand three hundred eighty-five zloty and 90/100), i.e. PLN 0.18 per share, according to the conditions prescribed by the Company’s Management Board resolution which the Company announced in current report no. 14/2018. The record date for the interim dividend is 1 October 2018, while the payout date of the interim dividend is 8 October 2018. This means that the Company’s Management Board resolution which the Company announced in current report no. 14/2018 has taken force.
